Hayley is a 13-year old with a rare and terminal condition, progeria, which causes her to age 8 times faster than healthy people. She has been the face of Channel 5's "Extraordinary People" series since the age of 4, and faces her condition with immense courage, humour and lack of self pity. She has now reached the average life expectancy of someone with progeria, and here reflects on her future and the ground-breaking results of her drug trials with infectious optimism.
